Seems we might see Demi Lovato back on the road in 2011…

According to the Washington Post (via MTV), the 18-year-old musician is still planning a solo tour in the upcoming year.

Demi told AP recently about her plan to keep ticket prices low and reasonable for all of her fans. “I have best friends that aren’t in the industry and are dealing with just buying groceries and things like that, so I want to do my part,” she said.

After Demi Lovato punched dancer Alex Welch in the face on a private jet in October, she got slapped with a lawsuit.

But it is all been settled now! Welch will walk away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Welch's attorney, Donald Karpel, said, "The parties are satisfied and the dispute has been resolved amicably and completely."

Glad both of them can move on!

Demi Lovato, while on tour with the Jonas Brothers, punched one of her dancers, Alex Welch, in the face!

Apparently sources close to Demi are saying that she can't call Alex, since she is sequestered in treatment, but she is very sorry about what happened.

The whole thing started when Demi got in trouble the night before the fight. Tour managers on the Jonas Brothers world tour had questioned Lovato about her conduct, and Lovato suspected one of the dancers had tattled on her.

Alex said that she didn't know anything about Demi's actions and she had not said anything to the tour managers. However, apparently Demi thought she did, since the next day she walked right up to her and punched her in the face.

Now, Alex wanted to set things straight….and of course get a lawyer involved.

Let's see how it turns out! Maybe Alex will finally get her apology.

Yesterday, it was reported that Alex Welch, the backup dancer who was on the bad end of Demi Lovato's alleged meltdown before going to rehab, is planning to sue the singer for their physical altercation.

Seeing a cue to look fatherly, Demi's dad Patrick Lovato issued a warning to the girl through the press. He said:

"Demi has really good lawyers and so does Disney, this girl shouldn't sue. She won't win. Demi is so successful and and she has plenty of money, that's why this girl would be going after her. She wouldn't do this if Demi wasn't famous."

Ah, so innocent! He has so much to learn about fame whoring.

She isn't suing Demi to get her money, just like you're not talking to the press because you're a concerned father. It's all about the attention, pops!

And if we're wrong and you truly are looking out for your baby girl, the first step would be laying off the interviews. Demi doesn't need you to speak for her. As you said, she has really good lawyers.

Just be there for her in a non-publicized way. That would help her TONS.

 

Before entering a rehab facility, Demi Lovato punched dancer Alex Welch in the heat of the moment, so it seems obvious that a lawsuit is in the works.

Luckily, reps from both sides are moving towards a settlement.

Welch’s attorney, Donald Karpel, said:

“Alex is seeking a settlement, an apology from Demi and a donation made to a charity of her choice." He also “has faith that we will reach an amicable settlement.”

The dancer was scheduled to do an on camera interview, but did not after a request from Demi's camp to hold off until the end of negotiations.

Demi's spokesman, Jesse Derris, said:

“Demi’s attorneys have had an initial discussion with Mr. Karpel. They are exploring the possibility of an amicable resolution of this matter. We do not plan on making further public comments during this process.”

“I hope to get this settled and put this behind me,” Alex added.

Demi's next album is also allegedly being shelved for the time being to give her some time to get better. But the same source insists that everyone remains committed to her saying, "No one is abandoning her. But she is holding off on her music for a bit...and if she can get through this, she will come back stronger and bigger than ever." "

It seems that Joe Jonas had known all along that Demi Lovato was a bit troubled.

New details have emerged about the incident at the airport where one of the tour members says that after backup dancer Alex Welch snitched on Demi's partying ways, Demi went ballistic. The source added, "Demi walked onto the plane, did not look at the girl, then suddenly punched her in the face and threatened her with a slew of expletives. Demi's manager asked her, 'Are you in control at all?' She said, 'Sorry, I just lost it.'"

Wow. That is definitely somebody who is not in control.

According to sources, though, Joe had seen the warning signs long before her breakdown at the airport. Demi apparently acted like a "true teenager in love," however she seemed to be "tortured" and acted like a "mess."

Even her cutting became a focal point among her peers. The source says, "It wasn't a secret. She was getting help."

Unfortunately, she clearly needed even more treatment because it got to the point where "Demi's attitude and behavior were out of control" and that's why Joe ended things with her.

Sad. This really just seems like a lost teenage girl who let the fast life get to her. We just hope she recovers well in her treatment.

Disney Channel har precis släppt ett uttalande där de säger att Demi Lovato, stjärnan i hit-showen "Sonny With A Chance", inte kommer att komma tillbaka till seriens nya säsong! Som ni alla säkert vet vid det här laget så blev den problemfyllda unga stjärnan nyligen inlagd på rehab för sina många emotionella och fysiska problem, och nu verkar det som om hon inte kommer ha tillräckligt med tid för att tillfriskna tills showen börjar inspelningarna i Januari! Det ser ut som om den här tjejen har mer problem än vad vi först trodde.

Tv-cheferna har bestämt sig för att skriva om manuset och istället fokusera handlingen på de andra karaktärerna tills Demi är frisk nog att komma tillbaka, men vi börjar undra om det är en sådan bra idé för henne att komma tillbaka alls... Demi verkar inte direkt ha speciellt mycket skinn på näsan, och man måste verkligen vara stark i sig själv för att kunna hantera all press som följer ett kändisskap. Så vi tror nog att det bästa skulle vara om hon bara försökte vara en normal tonåring för ett tag efter att hon kommit ut ur rehab... Bara en tanke!

Trots att Demi Lovatos representanter har svurit på att hon inte är på rehab på grund av droger kommer det rapporter från en massa olika håll som hävdar att de har sett Demi festa riktigt hårt med sina vänner på diverse privata fester. Det som är värst är att folk dessutom påstår sig ha sett Demi snorta kokain som ett riktigt proffs! Radar Online hävdrar att de till och med sett en video där Demi blir tagen på bar gärning!

"Today we have some tough news - Demi Lovato has pulled out of the South American leg of the Camp Rock 2 tour to enter treatment for "emotional and physical issues." 

According to various sources, included our friends over at JustJaredJr, a spokesperson for Demi says that she "left her tour early this weekend in order to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time." The spokesperson added that "Demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help. She is doing just that. Demi and her family ask that the media please respect their privacy during this difficult time. She regrets not being able to finish her tour, but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future."

Nu värkar det som om att hon inte är på sjukhuset utan i dallas med sin familj.

Demi är på sjukhuset och hon har tagit bort sitt twitter konto. än så vet ingen riktigt vad som har hänt. Några säger att det är på grund av hennes astma och andra tror att hon hade " a breakdown ".
